By now, after years of issues with spam, not a single person knows they shouldn’t be doing it, yet they do it anyway. Somehow the anonymity of spam makes it acceptable. The result is invariably the same. People block the sender, report them (if they can), get angry and refuse to buy the prodcut from anyone, even if it is really good. They get angry towards the product itself, and decide the whole thing is a sham.
